My son tends to repeat things he hears on the TV and he's got no way of knowing what it is he's saying. I dread the day when he starts repeating the words to a Viagra commercial.

I saw that Trojan commercial with the old lady talking to the two girls about owning one of these things and I could not believe my eyes - this was during the day on a major channel showing children's programming that my 3 year old was watching. To top it off, my 3 year old was watching a Nickelodeon channel at 9:00 a.m. on a Thursday morning and heard the word BITCH yelled several times during an ad for a reality show they are planning to air about spoiled teenage brats before I could reach for the remote and turn it off. Nickelodeon was the last place I would expect to hear foul language since their primary programming is for children. I am disgusted by what I see on t.v. I feel like I am bombarded with the lack of morality that has been slowly sneaking its way onto our airwaves. I think it is sad that I have to tivo a show and screen it for nude women advertising underwear and the happy E.D. pill guy before I can let my kid watch it. What caught me by surprise was the horrible tv rating system. While I have kids in the room I try to watch shows that are as clean as possible. Lately TV-PG rated shows have included foul language that is normally reserved to happy hour.
So for once Uncle Bob, I agree with you!
